The Mission of SonRise
"To know Jesus and make Him known around the world"!
1. Use the uncompromising word of God to:
a. teach the saints how to be disciples
b. teach the saints how to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel"
2. Accomplish the above tasks by emphasizing the following subject matter:
a. The Power of Prayer - Developing a personal relationship with God
b. Dominion and Authority - Learning to submit to God , to know who we are and what we
can do in Christ
c. The Fruit of the Spirit - Exhibiting the character of God
d. Faith - Acting on the Word of God
3. Work with the Lord to build a ministry that will affect the lives of people of all ages, racial and
cultural backgrounds.
4. Equip people to evangelize the world through:
a. perfecting the arts as an evangelistic tool
b. prospering in finances, health and every area of life to be a positive example to the world
c. operating in excellence and integrity
5. Mentor ministers and encourage them to start ministries in the United States and other nations.
SonRise was founded by Pastor Frederick Browning in 1991. God placed upon the heart of Pastor Fred to establish a Faith Community that would represent many cultures and nations from all over the world. Sonrise is a member of the Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries.
As you become acquainted with this ministry, you will recognize our intent to communicate with people all over the world. The Internet is an excellent tool to assist our outreach and expand our evangelistic efforts to reach an international community.
